This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. Speaking of which, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities one could need. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location in the mountains provided breathtaking views from the balcony, truly capturing the beauty of the surrounding area. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

All was wonderful, couldn't ask for more.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - nestled in the stunning mountains, it provided breathtaking views from my balcony. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and the beds were so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. Oh, and I must mention the delicious breakfast that was included - it was a fantastic way to start the day!

The hotel was in close proximity to the slopes and the lift, making it very convenient to access. The breakfast had a great range of options and the rooms were decently sized and very clean.

Our experience over the Easter weekend was not great. The hotel was overcrowded and the staff was clearly struggling to manage.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the brand new pool that our kids loved! The staff were very friendly and cute, and the cleanliness of the hotel and our room was excellent. Finally, we appreciated the complementary guest card that gave us free entry to local attractions.

A big drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the room which made the evenings uncomfortable. the mattresses were too hard for me as a side-sleeper, making it hard to get a good night's rest.
